The HIKMICRO M15 is equipped with 4G mobile connectivity, which, in conjunction with the sophisticated HIKMICRO Sight app, ensures that you receive real-time notifications of any detected movement. You can conveniently view and download captured photos and videos via the HIKMICRO Sight app, or use the internal 32 GB storage, which can be expanded with an SD card.
Connecting the camera trap to the HIKMICROSight app offers a wealth of features such as photo management and settings, viewing the current status of the camera trap, monitoring data consumption and data plans, setting photo and video reception and transfer settings, viewing photos and videos, and general camera trap settings. Everything is very easy to use and available in Czech and Slovak.
The M15 takes photos with a resolution of up to 10 Mpx and videos in Full HD quality, including sound. At night, thanks to the built-in invisible 940 nm illuminator, it takes high-quality photos and videos without scaring away animals.
It is equipped with a highly sensitive motion sensor (PIR) that triggers the camera trap when motion is detected within 0.5 seconds. The M15 camera trap has a 45° wide field of view and, with a detection range of 25 meters, is capable of capturing images up to 20 meters wide.
The camera trap's battery life is up to almost 6 months. It uses 6 or 12 standard AA batteries, and in addition to battery operation, the device can be connected to an external power supply (DC 12V / 2A) via a cable. Thanks to its IP66 protection rating and operating temperature range from -20°C to 55°C, it is ready for year-round operation without any maintenance. The camera trap can be attached to a tree trunk, for example, using the strap provided.
